H&S Training Development: This company is a major worldwide news and media production company. We were asked to develop a bespoke Staff H&S Induction Training Module along with a system for tracking and recording training completion for staff in many different countries.
With a very creative and technical workforce, plus the challenge of different languages, it was essential that we put forward ideas that achieved significantly more than they were getting from ‘off-the-shelf’ software. Systems2 brought in an industry specialist animator and used our Business Analysis & Solutions Engineering team to develop a package that is very specific to the client, both technically and in terms of style and ethos.
Some project highlights:

- Efficient means of tracking training completion and demonstrating legal compliance.
- Pragmatic and imaginative content has lifted what is usually a very dry and boring subject.
Although Systems2 provides face-to-face training, this is often not cost-effective for larger clients with widely distributed operations. This project enabled us to produce something that solved the client’s problem of better engaging staff in practical means of working safely, without stifling their creativity.
It was a challenge that we warmed to throughout the development phase. The training was designed to sit on the client’s own server, thereby saving large ongoing costs for hosting, and to form a part of the client’s Learning Management System (LMS), providing them with 100% future ownership and control.
