Client: Cleaning Tender for Two Sites in Paris (Issy & Neuilly)

International client with sites in France in Paris, Issy and Neuilly. Systems2 was contacted to negotiate a new cleaning contract.

Proposed schedule:
  • December 2022: Planning.
  • February 2023: Issue Request for Proposal (RFP) and selection process.
  • March – June 2023: Site visits, cleaning experience and Best & Final Offer (BAFO).
  • July 2023: Decision and initiation of new service contracts.
  • September 2023: Go live.
